We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.
Romans 6:4 (ESV)

What is baptism?

Baptism is a public, symbolic, visual declaration of faith for the individual who has received the saving benefits of Christ’s saving work and become His disciple. Believers are baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit to follow Christ’s example (Mark 1:9-13), in obedience to His command (Matthew 28:18-20), and as a testimony to oneself, the church and God.

If you would like to learn more about what this means or are ready to move forward with a public display of your faith in Jesus, sign up for the next baptism class.

We hold baptism Sundays several times a year. Before each baptism, we will host a baptism class where you can learn more, speak with a pastor and indicate your desire to be baptized. To attend our next baptism class, keep an eye on our Events page or Contact Us.

Love Jesus. Live outward.
