This is an opportunity for people who are great with kids to serve as teachers and volunteers, introducing children to Jesus. Most volunteers serve 1-2 services per month on a rotating basis. All Outward Kids workers are required to have a background check.

Outward Groups are the place where the mission of Outward is lived out. We need qualified group leaders as well as people with the gift of hospitality who can host gatherings in their homes.

Facilities team members serve at various times during the week to maintain the building and provide a clean atmosphere for people to meet Jesus.

Many children rely on school lunches for nutrition and are often undernourished during the weekend. Backpack Buddies provides weekend nutrition for some of these at-risk children in our community.
As a part of our commitment to "live outward", we've partnered with GRASSP to provide an after school soccer club at Richmond Elementary. This club serves as an incentive program to encourage kids to work hard in school and provide us with an opportunity to love and serve kids in our community.
